Pie Crust

This Pie Crust is great for Summer.  It is just enough sweet, just enough tart, and just enough crumble… kind of like me =).

 

Ingredients:

  • 1tbsp coconut oil
  • 1tbsp flax meal
  • 1/2 tsp cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/8 cup dried apricots
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp cold water

 

Directions:

Put ingredients into your food processor and pulse until everything is blended and crumbled.

  • Press everything evenly into a pie pan and bake for 5-7 mins on 350.

    I’m about to make your Chocolate Pudding Pie (YUMMMMM). I have no apricots for the crust. Any possible alternatives or do I need to wait and hit the store 😦
