I know I posted last week with a jello recipe, but I JUST CAN’T STOP MYSELF!!!!
Let me just say that I recognize I have a slight addiction to my homemade gelatin treats. So much so that when I looked at my hands and saw that I no longer had fingernails, I HAD CLAWS!!!! I swear Great Lakes Gelatin is like miracle grow for the nails! If you follow and eat these recipes on the regular, I highly recommend a good manicurist or a great set of nail clippers!
Ingredients For Filling:
- 2 medium sized ripe bananas.
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of organic creamed coconut (I love me some Thrive Market)
- 2 cups water
- 4 pitted dates
- 1 tbsp of Great Lakes Gelatin
- 1 tsp of fresh squeezed lemon juice
Once you take it out of the oven, put it immediately into the fridge to let cool all the way.
