Bake that Funky White Fish

Why do I love White Fish?

  1. It is mild and will take on any flavor you season it with.
  2. It is easy to work with.
  3.  It is just damn good.

Rinse your fish and place in a pan that has parchment paper on the bottom.  Squeeze half a fresh lemon over the fish.

With a knife or a spatula, spread the cashew coconut cream over each piece of fish.  It doesn’t have to be super thick…. just a nice, thin, even layer.  Then, sprinkle with Tandoori Masala seasoning evenly over that.

Bake for 15-18 mins on 350 depending on how many pieces you have or how thick your fish is.
